Almond milk seems to be the new ‘it’ milk to drink, but beware the supermarket brands aren’t always what they seem. I like to add organic almond milk to our smoothies or porridge as I find it sits better on our stomachs giving us more energy for our day ahead than when I add cows milk.
I came across the below link for how to make almond milk and saved it… Then I thought if it’s good enough for me to save to hopefully make later, it’s most definately good enough to share….
