Green Smoothie

Ingredients

  • A large handful of Kale or spinach – I normally use fresh but can you use frozen.
  • 1 Avocado
  • Enough to get the consistency you want, 200g Coconut water, Full fat organic milk or almond milk with no added sugar
  • 2 handfuls Frozen banana pieces
  • 6-8 dates, I normally put a date a person in.

Play with the flavours I very rarely weigh out quantities and the kids often get a little excited, so more goes in but it really doesn’t matter. …………………………………………………….

Instructions for Thermomix

  • 1 minute on speed 8

Instructions for non-thermomix users

  • Just use a good food processor or a NutriBullet
