Ingredients
- A large handful of Kale or spinach – I normally use fresh but can you use frozen.
- 1 Avocado
- Enough to get the consistency you want, 200g Coconut water, Full fat organic milk or almond milk with no added sugar
- 2 handfuls Frozen banana pieces
- 6-8 dates, I normally put a date a person in.
